Do you offer same day delivery?
Cut off timing for next day delivery is 9pm the night before. We understand the urgency of some cases and are working towards providing same day delivery for your pets.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
We deliver every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, except public holidays.
How do I report an issue with my order?

How much do you charge for deliveries?
We offer free island-wide delivery for live feeder products and a $5 flat rate fee for all other products.
*Surcharge(s) applies to orders to Sentosa and Tuas (+$10). We deliver from 6pm to 9pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Odd timing deliveries (+$5).

How do I keep the crickets/worms alive?
Keep them at room temperature and feed them with small amount of cabbage/potatoes/carrots.
Keep them well ventilated after feeding. Avoid direct sunlight.
Will food be provided for my Crickets/Worms?
All orders comes with feed prepacked.
Mealworm/Superworm orders of 500g and above comes with additional feed.
Additional feed can be provided upon request, leave us a note in the order.
How long can my crickets/worms last?
Up to 2 weeks with minimal care. It may last over a month if well taken care of.
Are the worms safe? Do they carry any diseases?
Our live feeders are parasite and disease free.
Do I need to take any precautions when handling live feeders?
Our insects do not sting or bite. You may handle them with bare hands or tweezers if necessary.
Do I need to provide water for the worms?
No, the worms will hydrate themselves from vegetables.
Payment Methods
Payments are to be made via credit/debit card or PayNow upon confirmation of order.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We only accept cash payment for self-collection.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants per workshop?
Minimum pax of 20 is required to start a workshop. There is no maximum number of participants.
What do I need to provide for the workshop?
A comfortable environment and a projector are required.
Is prior experience required to attend a workshop?
No prior experience is necessary. We encourage everyone to join and learn!
Who are the workshops for?
We provide workshops for schools and corporate bookings.
Are there any hidden costs or material fees?
No, all materials are included in the workshop fees with no GST.
Is the farm open to public?
The farm is not open to public. For corporate bookings, please email us at hello@wermsinc.com.
Do I need to book the farm tour in advance?
Yes, one week advance notice is required.
Is there an age limit for participants?
Children ages 4 and above is recommended.
What is the maximum number of participants for the farm tour?
The farm has a capacity of up to 40 participants per session.
What is your policy on replacement orders?
We will only resend orders if the insects are dead on arrival.
To request for a replacement, kindly provide photo evidence within the same day of delivery on Whatsapp to 8862 2577.
Do I need to return the original item to get a replacement?
No, you do not.
Are there charges for replacement orders?
No, there is no additional charge if it meets the criteria for replacement.
