Hydei

Our Hydei flies are completely flightless and thrive in Singapore’s humid climate. With a slightly longer life cycle (around 14–16 days), they breed steadily and are easier to manage compared to faster-multiplying species. Their larger size (3–4 mm) makes them suitable for pets transitioning from tiny Melanogaster flies to bigger insects like pinhead crickets.
